In a case you have a new email address you want to use for your Norton 360 subscription, you have to update your Norton Account email address first. You have to sign into your Norton Account with your previous email address and password, and on the Account Information tab, delete the current email address and type in your new email address (then, re-type your email address as well). Then you click on Update button, and check for the confirmation email from Norton in your new email account. In the confirmation email, click Confirm now.
